Hello, while I have been going through course material, well written, my main reason for buying sets is my work on N Scale Model Railroad. From what I've seen on-line there are so many uses for this, while not being a rookie in electronics (My dad being Amateur Radio nut during his life) and my upcoming Retirement would make a great way to stay active both physical and mental. Great Product and looking forward to becoming active in this.
Thank you.

Arrived as ordered. Easy to assemble. Excited to put to use!

Love the product!
I bought one for my friends son, who i'm sure will be an Engineer like his dad and I!

So, I finally got a chance to open the box and check this program out.
I am a retired automation controls engineer by trade, and I was looking to learn something new, so I made this purchase.
The assembly portion of this course, so far, seems logical, is easy to follow and understand.
The writer apparently bent over backwards in writing the instructions, such that most everyone will enjoy the assembly portion of this project.
It is all Step by Step...

I'm a former DOD electronics mechanic and I've always wanted to learn to code and Arduino is the way.

The board came is an appropriate time frame from ordering. It was nicely packed. Once unpacked all the items and parts are clearly marked. I found it helpful to print the instruction manual so could follow along a little easier. The was the first time in a while I put a board together and at my age (71) needed a head piece so could magnify the clearly marked parts and board. You may not need this if you have younger eyes. The instructions are clear, and it took me a little longer than the suggested 1 to 1 ½ hours to put together. Would recommend Dr Duino to anyone who wants to enter the exciting world of Arduino. The Arduino Uno is an open-source microcontroller board and developed by Arduino.cc. The board is equipped with sets of digital and analog input/output pins that may be interfaced to various options, opportunities and other circuits.

9 Years ago I discovered Arduino at a Radio Shack and, even though I’m not an electrical engineer or an IT person this thing offered limitless possibilities. I bought a few plus all the sensors and peripherals RS offered. I played with it for a month or two but would hit a problem that I couldn’t solve and, with nowhere to turn for support, I eventually gave up, packed the things away, and forgot about it.
Maybe a month ago I decided to try again. I couldn’t find the stuff I bought almost a decade ago so I started anew with Dr Duino this time.
I’m relearning how to write scripts. It feels like when I learned BASIC and FORTRAN in the 1970s, and I’m getting the same thrill I did as did before each time I master a small skill.
The difference now is that Dr Duino offers me SUPPORT! I feel as if, if I encounter problems I can’t solve myself, instead of spending frustrating fruitless hours/days and eventually giving up I now have someone whom I can ask a simple question and get help. This makes all the difference!

It’s a good intro for a newbie. Instructions are clear. Took me most of my day off to put it together and trouble shoot it. Had a few cold solder joints. Would like to complete the course. Good job Guido

Ordered items, received what was ordered. All items packed well, survived shipping. In the midst of assembling my first Arduino. I am awaiting additional parts needed for my project. Can’t wait to finish and test my project.
